Following the COVID-19 pandemic, the spotlight has very much remained on EdTech and its role in maintaining and continuing children's education. Whilst strong investments made by governments into digital transformation remains key, teacher recruitment, retention and training is crucial in the learning environment due to its influence on the student environment and overall learning outcomes. This emphasises the importance of tech in the classroom as being effectively integrated into teaching methods and learning strategies.
• Teachers with over 20+ years experience in particular, believe tech integration has boosted learning outcomes through the delivery of different learning styles that suit each student, as well as improved engagement. Newer teachers also typically agree that tech integration has helped facilitate personalised learning as well as again, student engagement.
