Some of the technologies developed include next generation pilot night vision systems, long range targeting cameras for missiles and UAVs, thermal weapons sights and crew served weapons stations. At the core of InGaAs Camera Market's offerings is its proprietary InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) technology. InGaAs provides high sensitivity in the short and mid-wave infrared spectrums from 0.9-2.5 μm, enabling thermal imaging and low-light vision capabilities. The company manufactures its InGaAs FPAs using advanced compound semiconductor wafer growth and processing techniques at its Class 1000 cleanroom fabrication facility. It designs and integrates the InGaAs FPAs with camera peripherals, optics and electronics to deliver complete standalone infrared imaging cameras.
