Hybrid work models continue to evolve, with many organisations still fine-tuning their strategies for employee collaboration, communication, and productivity.

Organisations are investing in new collaboration tools and digital workplace solutions to support flexible working styles, but challenges persist in creating a seamless experience for remote and in-office employees.

Despite some investment, macroeconomic uncertainty is acting as a headwind against enterprise investments, as organisations wait for wider global factors to stabilise.

Futuresource has carried out research with 1,900 decision-makers and influencers across France, Germany, India, Japan, the UK, and the USA. All respondents were responsible for the selection and/or purchase of technology used in meeting rooms and across the wider campus. Interviews were conducted during March 2025, across a wide range of industry sectors and organisation size. This report covers the entire sample of respondents. The accompanying data tables offer more detail on a country level.

Monitoring the market and understanding how decision-makers have responded so far, along with the solutions they have implemented, ranging from meeting room changes to the adoption of technology and future investment plans, is crucial for identifying potential opportunities moving forward.

Market Trends:

Hybrid work practices remain in flux and are unlikely to stabilise for several years. Rates of fully office-based work are expected to drop from 51% in 2025 to 26% in three years.
